Topics covered: You will learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose, how to provide case based on the person's level or breathing and consciousness and how to give naloxone using several different available products.
Class description: Using a combination of materials, including training naloxone devices we will practice the steps involved in identifying and providing care for a suspected overdose, and how to monitor for more severe injuries. Class length is approximately 45 minutes.
